Depending on the needs of the organisers, we provide catering services in a varied and customized form. We will satisfy the expectations of lovers of Polish, foreign, vegan and vegetarian cuisine. We are open to the ideas of our guests and their expectations. We will be pleased to create and realise an offer adjusted to the specific needs of the organiser. We provide delicious, seasonal food and necessary catering equipment, full logistics and professional service. We will prepare and realise catering services for you, within the scope of:
- business menu (coffee break, lunch and dinner),
- banquet menu – buffet and served,
- cocktail menu and fingerfood,
- special menu (parties, birthdays, communions).
In addition, because of our unique location, we offer at our external areas:
- picnic menu and outdoor catering,
- street food in the food-truck zone.

Audio-Visual Systems
The Centennial Hall complex is equipped in the state-of-the-art audio-visual tools. We hold the following functionalities to meet different needs of our clients:
- wireless microphones (including a handheld microphone or a bodypack transmitter) and wired microphones,
- an option of connecting sound sources from the position of a speaker or technician (laptop computers, players, etc.),
- an option of projecting images from multimedia projectors operating in Full HD and SXGA resolution,
- an option of using remote-controlled rotating cameras installed in the rooms (projection in the room or viewing monitors in front of the room),
- conference and special effect lighting (wash and spot-type moving heads, profile spotlights).
Our rental fee includes the following professional services:
- sound and vision production,
- configuration and overseeing of audio-visual and IT systems,
- configuration and overseeing of simultaneous interpretation system.
- In case of using the lighting system, clients have to incur an additional cost of specialist service.
As part of the lease, the client has the opportunity to take advantage of additionally paid professional services:
- video conferencing in any location in the complex with an aid of LifeSize Team200 Codec,
- Slide Room configuration and equipment,
- audio and video recording,
- rental and service of mobile audio sets,
- configuration and equipment for a local wire broadcasting station (e.g. fair radio).
Parking
The BUDIMEX car park is located right next to the Centennial Hall. It is a paid, monitored, multi-storey and open 24 hours a day. Its location guarantees convenient and quick access to events and attractions. It offers 792 parking spaces, 9 spaces for people with disabilities, family spaces and 19 bus spaces.
