The Centennial Hall is a world’s unique place which unites people. Together with the Wrocław Congress Center, Multimedia Fountain, historic Pergola, Square under Iglica, and adjacent green areas, it allows for the organisation of any type of event.
How does the process of realization and cooperation with our specialists on the event look like?
The process from booking the space to execution of the event is divided into several stages:
- booking the space, site inspection and rental offer including a catering offer,
- order confirmation and first formalities,
- execution of the event together with payment settlement.
In the first stages, the Organiser begins cooperation with the Sales Team – this includes an individual rent offer, meetings and negotiations, which result in confirmation of the organisation of the event and signing the relevant rent agreement.
Execution of the event is a stage of cooperation with the Project Manager from the Event Production Team in terms of organisational preparations, technical arrangements and ordering additional services. Project manager is responsible for current supervision over the course of the event with particular emphasis on safety in the facility, the condition and quality of services provided. The process closes with a settlement of payment for the event and discussion of the course of cooperation. Organiser fills in a satisfaction survey and submits references or comments to the Project Manager in order to meet with us again during future realisations.
